Changing your invoice inclusion preferences

If your order is still listed as “Order received”, you can make changes in your account.

You can only exclude the invoice from your order if your payment method is by credit card and the shipping address is within Japan.

*When the shipping address is overseas, the package will not include the invoice used for domestic orders, but an invoice required for customs.

How to change invoice inclusion preferences

• Log in to Hobonichi Store account.
• Select the order you would like to change.
• Click “Edit” on the right side of the shipping options column.
• Follow the instructions on the editing page.
• If the changes are reflected in your order, the request is complete.
