Changing an order’s shipping address
If your order is still listed as “Order received”, you can make changes through your Hobonichi Store account. After the status changes to “Shipping soon”, which means that the order is in shipping preparation process, you cannot make any changes.
How to change an order’s shipping address
1. Log in to Hobonichi Store account using your e-mail address and password.
2. Select the order you would like to change.
3. Click “Edit” on the right side of the Shipping Address column.
4. Follow the instructions on the editing page. The changes will not be made until you click “Ship to this address.”
5. If the changes are reflected in your order, the request is complete.
