My cover broke. Can you fix it?

We may or may not be able to fix your cover based on its type and condition and we will accept a repair request only in the case that the cover was purchased within 3 years.
Please e-mail the following information to store@1101.com:

-Type (name) of cover
-Detailed description of damage (If available: )
-Order number when ordered from Hobonichi Store, or:
-Name of store purchased from and date of purchase, if not Hobonichi Store

Please include a photograph of the damage as well and attach it to your e-mail. Make sure the file is no more than 1 MB to ensure delivery. We will contact you after we check your inquiry.
