If an order is still listed as “Order received”, you may cancel the order through Hobonichi Store account. After the status changes to “Shipping soon”, which means that the order is in shipping preparation process, you cannot cancel the order.

How to cancel an entire order:
- Log in to Hobonichi Store account.
- Select the order you would like to cancel.
- Click “Cancel order” at the bottom of the page.
- If the order no longer appears in your account, your order has successfully been cancelled.
A notification email of the cancellation will be sent to you after the Hobonichi Store system cancels the original verification.
*Please note that starting at 11:00 a.m. (JST) on Tuesday, February 24, partial cancellations cannot be made once an order has been completed, even if the shipment status is “Order received.”
