What is “Hobonichi ID?”

“Hobonichi ID” is our new service launched on the 1st of July, 2024, in order to enhance security, improve customer experience, and conveniently link many of our services we provide.
Once you complete the “Hobonichi ID” transfer or registration(if you are a new customer) , you will be able to access all of our platforms such as “Hobonichi Store,” “Hobonichi App,” and “Hobonichi School” using only your “Hobonichi ID.” Previously, customers had to maintain separate accounts for each platform.
You can now also sign up with your Google account, Apple ID, or email address and password.  Previously, customers did not have this option.

For our existing Hobonichi Store customers:
All of our existing Hobonichi Store customers* are now required to transfer their Hobonichi Store accounts to the Hobonichi ID. Please note that you can no longer use our services without it from the 1st of July 2024.
When shopping, you will not be asked to log in again at check out if you have already  logged in with your Hobonichi ID beforehand.

If you are a completely new customer, please visit this page to sign up for the Hobonichi ID.

*Hobonichi App and Hobonichi School users who do not shop in Hobonichi Store are still able to use the services without transferring to the Hobonichi ID. You can also create the Hobonichi ID if you prefer and link your Hobonichi App and Hobonichi School account(s) to it.
