I cannot delete my Hobonichi ID account.

Please note that there are some cases where you cannot delete your account.
Please try to delete your account again after completing the necessary procedures.

<When you have an unshipped order>
You will be able to delete your account after you receive your order. When you select ‘Cash transfers at convenience stores/postal banks’ as a payment method, the payment status will be updated to ‘Payment confirmed’ after the payment. You will then be able to delete your account.

<When you have an unpaid order>
After you settle the payment, the payment status will be updated as “Payment confirmed.”
Then, you will be able to delete your account.

※Once you delete your Hobonichi ID account, it will automatically delete any other accounts you have, such as ”Hobonichi Store,” ”Hobonichi School,” and”’Hobonichi App account.
On the other hand, even if you delete any of these three accounts, your ID account will still remain.
