I don’t receive the email with the verification code when resetting my password or updating the registered email address.
It may take a few minutes for the email with the verification code to arrive.
If you click or tap ‘Resend a verification code,’ only the most recent code will be valid.
If you don’t receive the email after waiting, please check the following:
1.Make sure you are using the same email address and password that you
signed up with. Please be aware that both the email address and the
password are case-sensitive.
2.Check your junk folder. The email might be sorted into the junk folder
depending on your email settings.
3.Check your email settings. The email will be sent from email addresses
whose domains are as follows:
@1101.com
@amazonses.com
@em-hoboid.1101.com
Please set your email domain settings so that you can receive emails from those domains.
