Exchanging defective products

If there are any defects with your product, we will exchange the product with a new one or offer you a refund.

Please contact store@1101.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, product name, and a description of the defect.

Once we have received your e-mail, we will send you an e-mail with directions.

Important Information
*We cannot offer a refund or exchange in the following situations:
-The item is sent back with a postmark over 14 days after delivery
-Items that have been worn, used, or washed
-Items with marks or damage caused by the customer

*Items cannot be exchanged for a different kind of item.
