Specifying the delivery date (for shipment within Japan only)

If your order is still listed as “Order received”, you can specify delivery date of your order in Hobonichi Store account. Please note if your order is listed as “Shipping soon”, which means that the order is in shipping preparation and delivery date cannot be changed.

How to specify delivery date

1. Log in to Hobonichi Store account using your e-mail address and password.
2. Select the order you would like to change and open the order status page.
3. Click “Edit” on the right side of the shipping options column.
4. Follow the instructions on the editing page.
5. If the changes are reflected in your order, the request is complete.

*This service is only available for orders to be delivered within Japan.

*If there is no date to be displayed, it means that you cannot request the delivery date for your order.
