【For international orders】Modifying an existing order

For international orders, once you complete the ordering process, You will not be able to proceed with the following modifications.
– Changing the quantity in an order
– Canceling an item from an order
– Adding an item to an existing order (merging orders)
– Changing an order’s shipping address
– Changing a payment method

*If an order is still listed as “Order received”, you may cancel the order through Hobonichi Store account, but after the status changes to “Shipping soon”, which means that the order is in shipping preparation process, you cannot cancel the order.
*If you wish to amend your order contents, you need to cancel the existing order and place a new order again.
