【For international orders】Cancelling an order

If an order is still listed as “Order received”, you may cancel the order through Hobonichi Store account. After the status changes to “Shipping soon”, which means that the order is in shipping preparation process, you cannot cancel the order.
Please be also advised that you cannot cancel an item(s) partially from your entire order.
If you wish to amend your order contents, you need to cancel the existing order and place a new order again.

How to cancel an order:

1. Log in to Hobonichi Store account using your e-mail address and password.
2. Select the order you would like to cancel.
3. Click “Cancel” at the bottom right of the page.
4. If the order no longer appears in your account, your order has successfully been cancelled.

A notification email of the cancellation will be sent to you after the Hobonichi Store system cancels the original verification.
