I would like to delete the Hobonichi ID account.

Click or tap “Delete your account” on the Hobonichi ID account page.

Before you delete your Hobonichi ID account, please make sure to confirm the information displayed.
Please read through the information and click “Delete your account” checking the box for “Agree to the above information”.

Please note that there are some cases where you cannot delete your account. Please try to delete your account again after completing the necessary procedures.

<When you have an unshipped order>
You will be able to delete your account after you receive your order. When you select ‘Cash transfers at convenience stores/postal banks’ as a payment method, the payment status will be updated to ‘Payment confirmed’ after the payment. You will then be able to delete your account.

<When you have an unpaid order>
After you settle the payment, the payment status will be updated as “Payment confirmed ”.
Then, you will be able to delete your account.
