I cannot sign up for the Hobonichi ID.

<If you already have a Hobonichi Store account,  you first need to log in to the Store account to transfer to the ID.>
If you already have a Hobonichi Store account using the same address you just entered, the error message below will appear in red:
“We found your Hobonichi Store account. Please log in to your Hobonichi Store account from the following link to proceed to create your own Hobonichi ID.” Please follow the instructions to complete the registration process.

<You cannot create multiple IDs with the same email address.>
You might already have created your Hobonichi ID. Please try logging in again from your account page using the email address and password you set during registration. If necessary,  click here if you forgot the password.

<Please ensure the following:>
・Your password is at least 8 alphanumeric digits or over.
・Your email address does not have a dot before ‘@’ or more than two consecutive dots, as these will not be accepted (e.g., Hobonichi.@…. / Hobo..nichi@…).

If you fail to log in multiple times within a certain period, you will not be allowed to try again. Please wait for a while before attempting to log in again.

If you encounter trouble while proceeding with registration and receive an error message, please refer to this page.
