Changing the delivery time (for shipment within Japan only)

If your order is still listed as “Order received”, you can change the preferred delivery time of your order in Hobonichi Store account. Please note if your order is listed as “Shipping soon”, which means that the order is in shipping preparation and delivery time cannot be changed.

How to change your preferred delivery time

1. Log in to Hobonichi Store account using your e-mail address and password.
2. Select the order you would like to change and open the order status page.
3. Click “Edit” on the right side of the shipping options column.
4. Follow the instructions on the editing page.
5. If the changes are reflected in your order, the request is complete.
