Resetting your account password

If you forgot your password, you can reset it in your account.

How to reset your password

1. Go to this page, enter your e-mail address and name, and click “Reset password.”
*Please enter your last name in the upper column.
2. You will be sent an e-mail entitled Account Password Reset. Please click on the URL in this e-mail to reset your password.
3. Please follow the instructions on this screen and enter your new password to complete the reset.
4. Please log in to Hobonichi Store account again to check whether your new password has been set.

*If you do not complete your password reset within 1 hour of clicking “Reset password,” the URL in your Account Password Reset e-mail will expire. Please start from the beginning if this happens.
*We cannot answer requests for passwords, so please reset your password.
