【For international orders】Product shipping date

Orders will be shipped out sequentially.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to ship as we receive a high volume of orders for a while after release dates.
Ordering restocked items may take longer to ship out.
You can see shipping dates on respective product pages.

We will email you the shipping schedule once that information is available.


Shipping dates vary by product, but many products in the Hobonichi Store are shipped from the distribution center in 1-3 business days (except weekends and holidays) after receiving the order.

International (outside Japan):
Packages are shipped every day except weekends and holidays.
Example: For a product that ships in 1-3 business days, placing the order on a Friday means the very earliest it can ship is a Monday. Placing the order on a Saturday means the very earliest it can ship is a Tuesday.

Domestic (within Japan):
Packages are shipped every day except Sundays and holidays.
Example: For a product that ships in 1-3 business days, placing the order on a Friday means the very earliest it can ship is a Saturday. Placing the order on a Saturday means the very earliest it can ship is a Monday.

Please note that orders with a great deal of items may take a little longer than expected to ship. Orders are also not necessarily shipped out in the order they were placed.

For manufactured-to-order sales and other situations with delayed shipping, customers will receive an e-mail outlining the shipping schedule once that information is available.
If your order is shipped within 1-3 business days, or if you can see specific shipping dates when ordering, you will not receive a “Shipping Date Notification” e-mail.

If an order contains products with varying shipping schedules, the order will be shipped once the last product is available for shipping.

Packages will take longer to arrive depending on the location of the shipping address. Customers will receive a “Notification of Shipment” e-mail once the order has been shipped, so please use the tracking number included in this e-mail to check the status of your order.
