There’s a Time Table available for download to print out and paste onto an unused page in your Hobonichi Planner (direct link). One of the other uses for a spreadsheet layout like this, however, is for keeping records of long-term goals. Use washi tape to cover up the day of the week and write in each column a different category: lifestyle changes, qualifications, hobbies, etc. Then in each category, write in your general hopes and goals–writing out things you’ve been mulling over and putting it into words is a great way to face head-on the changes you’d like to make and goals you’d like to accomplish.
