1. Returns and Exchanges for Items Transported Overseas

We are establishing new guidelines regarding returns and exchanges for items shipped to addresses within Japan that are subsequently transported overseas via forwarding services or arrangements made by the customer.

2. Return Methods for Items Sent from Overseas

When returning items from overseas, we are unable to accept packages if they are sent using a shipping method that requires us to pay customs duties, import consumption taxes, or other related charges, such as when sent by EMS (Express Mail Service).
Please be aware that in such cases, we will not cover any shipping costs or other expenses incurred in connection with the return.
