We are writing to inform you that we will be revising the Terms of Use for the "Hobonichi" website and the "Hobonichi Online Store."

With this revision, the scope of services provided by our partner, Global-e, will be expanded to include domestic transactions in Japan. As a result, available payment options will be expanded, and certain wording has been updated to better align with our current operations.

Key revision details and the effective date are outlined below:

■ Key Revisions

1.  Expansion of Global-e Service Scope 
Global-e’s Terms of Sales, which were previously applied only to orders placed from outside Japan, will now also apply to domestic orders in Japan when using certain payment methods.

2. Addition of Payment Methods 
Along with the above, the following payment methods will become available in addition to our existing payment options:

• PayPay
• d Payment  
• au PAY
• Google Pay
• PayPal
• UnionPay
• Rakuten Pay (*Coming between October and late December  2026)

3. Clarification and Optimization of Text 
Certain descriptions and expressions have been adjusted and revised to reflect our current operational practices.

Please review the revised Terms of Use below. Regarding Rakuten Pay, we will announce the official launch date on our website  as soon as it is confirmed.
