For International Orders:
Once you complete the ordering process, you will not be able to modify the payment method.
If you wish to amend your order contents, you need to cancel the existing order and place a new order again.
For Domestic Orders:
If your order is still listed as “Order received”, you can change the payment methods in Hobonichi Store account.
After the status changes to “Shipping soon”, which means that the order is in shipping preparation process, you cannot change the payment methods.
How to change your payment method
- Log in to Hobonichi Store account.
- Select the order you would like to change and open the order status page.
- Click “Edit” on the right side of the payment methods column.
- Follow the instructions on the payment method editing page.
- If the changes are reflected in your order, the request is complete.
