For International Orders:
Once you complete the ordering process, you will not be able to change the quantity in your order.
If you wish to amend your order contents, you need to cancel the existing order and place a new order again.
For Domestic Orders:
As of 11:00 a.m. (JST) on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, once an order has been completed, you can no longer change the quantity of items in that order, even if the shipment status is “Order received”.
If you would like to change the quantity, please follow the instructions below.
- If you would like to decrease the quantity
Please cancel your order and place a new order with the desired quantity. Order cancellations are only available when the shipment status is “Order received”. For detailed instructions, please refer to the Help page “Canceling an Order.” - If you would like to increase the quantity
If the shipment status of your order is “Order received,” you may increase the quantity by adding items to your existing order (merging orders).
