For International Orders:
Once you complete the ordering process, you will not be able to change the order’s shipping address. If you wish to amend your order contents, you need to cancel the existing order and place a new order again.
For Domestic Orders:
If your order is still listed as “Order received”, you can make changes through your Hobonichi Store account.
After the status changes to “Shipping soon”, which means that the order is in shipping preparation process, you cannot make any changes.
*Please note that domestic orders cannot be changed to an international shipping address. If you wish to ship to an overseas address, please cancel your current order and place a new one.
How to change an order’s shipping address
- Log in to Hobonichi Store account.
- Select the order you would like to change.
- Click “Edit” on the right side of the Shipping Address column.
- Follow the instructions on the editing page. The changes will not be made until you click “Ship to this address.”
- If the changes are reflected in your order, the request is complete.
If your order is listed as ""Shipping soon"", the order has entered shipping preparations or has already been shipped. So please contact us with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your preferred name and shipping address"
