Starting at 11:00 AM (JST) on Monday, August 3, 2026, the Hobonichi Online Store will introduce Convenience Store Prepayment (PAYSLE) as a payment method for orders delivered within Japan. Please see below for instructions on how to use this payment method.
How to Use
1. During checkout, select "Convenience Store Prepayment (PAYSLE)" as your payment method.
2. After you place your order, you will receive an email from store@1101.com with the subject "[Hobonichi Online Store] Payment Instructions." The email will contain the barcode required to complete your payment. You can also view the barcode from "Recent orders" in your Hobonichi Online Store account.
Please complete your payment at a participating convenience store in Japan by the payment deadline shown in the email.
Payment can be made in cash only. At 7-Eleven, you may also pay using “nanaco” electronic money.
3. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send you an email with the subject "[Hobonichi Online Store] Order Confirmation" and begin preparing your order for shipment.

Cancellation
Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be cancelled regardless of their shipping status. If payment is not received by the payment deadline, your order will be cancelled automatically.
Important information
- ”Convenience Store Prepayment (PAYSLE)” is available only for orders delivered within Japan. It is not available for international orders.
- The maximum total amount that can be billed per customer is 30,000 yen (tax included).
- A smartphone is required to display the payment barcode at the convenience store checkout. The barcode cannot be displayed on a computer. If you place your order on a computer, please use your smartphone to display the barcode when making your payment.
- The payment deadline is 1:00 PM (JST) on the second day after your order is placed. The payment deadline cannot be extended.
- Once we have confirmed your payment, we will begin preparing your order for shipment. Depending on when payment is completed, shipment may take longer than for orders placed using other payment methods.
- After your order has been placed, changes involving the order total or changes to another payment method cannot be made, even if payment has not yet been completed. You also cannot change an existing order to “Convenience Store Prepayment (PAYSLE).”
- "Convenience Store Prepayment (PAYSLE)" is available only for products and orders with an estimated shipping time of "Dispatched within: 1–〇 business days." It is not available for “Manufactured-to-Order Sale” items, “Lottery sales,” or certain other products. This payment method will appear at checkout only when it is available for your order.
- Orders placed using “Convenience Store Prepayment (PAYSLE)” cannot be merged with other orders.
