If you lose your payment slip, you can request a new one through Hobonichi Store account.
- Log in to Hobonichi Store account.
- Select the order for which you would like to request a new payment slip and open the order status page.
- Click “Request a new payment slip.
Once your request is submitted, the shipping center will mail a new payment slip to the order’s shipping address.
If you have moved or changed addresses, please contact us with your order number, name, and new address.
You can still use a payment slip with an expired payment date. New payment slips cannot be requested for orders that have not yet shipped, orders that have already been paid, or orders paid by credit card or cash on delivery."
We ask that you submit your payment within 14 days of delivery, but there is no expiration date for the payment slip. You can use the same payment slip, so please submit your payment as soon as possible.
If you have lost or damaged your payment slip, you can request a new one in Hobonichi Store account. Please follow the instructions on this page.
Hobonichi manages payments through the bar code printed on the payment slip. Payments submitted directly through bank transfer may not be linked correctly to the order. Please make sure to always use the payment slip included with your order.
After you submit your payment at a convenience store or postal bank, the payment data is sent back to Hobonichi Store through an agency. This information takes about one to two weeks to reflect in Hobonichi Store account.
If your payment status is still listed as pending after two weeks, please contact us with your name and order number.
