If you wish to change your payment method between the App Store and Google Play, such as when changing phones between iPhone and Android, you must first cancel your current Premium Plan and then resubscribe using your preferred payment method.
Please follow these steps:
Cancel your current Premium Plan.
Refer to this help page for how to cancel.Wait until the current period expires and you return to the Free Plan.
Even after the cancellation process, the subscription remains active until the end of the purchased one-month period, so please wait until the cancellation is fully completed.Once you are on the Free Plan, apply for the Premium Plan again.
Please apply within one week of returning to the Free Plan.
If you have changed models, please download the Hobonichi Techo App on your new smartphone, log in with the same account, and then apply.
