Cancellation methods for the Premium Plan differ between iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Please see the methods for each below.
How to cancel on iPhone (App Store)
Please cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date (next billing date). Please note that if the cancellation is delayed, the subscription will be renewed.
Launch the App Store app.
Tap the user icon at the top right of the screen.
Tap "Subscriptions".
Tap "Hobonichi Techo App".
- The next renewal date is listed here.
- If Hobonichi Techo App is not displayed, you are not subscribed to the Premium Plan.Tapping Cancel Subscription will complete the cancellation process.

How to check if the cancellation was successful If Expires: [Month] [Day] or Your subscription will end on [Month] [Day] is displayed in the Hobonichi Techo App section within Subscriptions on the App Store, the cancellation process has been completed. - After the cancellation process, your Premium Plan status will continue until the end of the purchased period. |
Important Notes
Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds are not provided for cancellations made during the subscription period.

Tap "Subscriptions".
Select "Hobonichi Techo App".

- If Hobonichi Techo App is not displayed, you are not subscribed to the Premium Plan.Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to cancel.
