If you are currently subscribed to the Premium Plan, you can check your subscription status and next renewal date using the following methods.
*If you are currently in a free trial period, charges will occur starting from the next renewal date.
Please refer to this help page if you wish to cancel your Premium Plan.
When paying via the App Store (iPhone)
Open the App Store app.
Tap the user icon at the top right of the screen.
Tap "Subscriptions".
Tap "Hobonichi Techo App" to check your purchase status and next renewal date.
*If you are not currently being charged for the Hobonichi Techo App, it will not appear in the subscription list.
*The purchase date and next renewal date in the App Store are displayed in Pacific Standard Time (PST). Since this is 17 hours behind Japan Standard Time (16 hours for daylight saving time), the displayed date may differ from the purchase date in Japan depending on the timing of the purchase.
To confirm if the cancellation was successful:
If "Expires: [Month] [Day]" or "Your subscription will end on [Month] [Day]" is displayed in the Hobonichi Techo App section, the cancellation process has been completed.
Even after canceling, your Premium Plan status will continue until the end of the purchased period.
When paying via Google Play (Android)
Open the Google Play Store app.
From the user icon, tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Tap "Hobonichi Techo App" to check your purchase status and next renewal date.
*If you are not currently being charged for the Hobonichi Techo App, it will not appear in the subscription list.
To confirm if the cancellation was successful:
If "Subscription ends on [Month/Day/Year]" is displayed in the Hobonichi Techo App section, the cancellation process has been completed. Even after canceling, your Premium Plan status will continue until the end of the purchased period.
