If you wish to delete your Hobonichi Techo App account, please follow the steps below.
Please note that if you delete your account, all data recorded in the Hobonichi Techo App will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
*Deleting your account is different from cancelling your Premium Plan. Please refer to this Help page for how to cancel your Premium Plan.
*You cannot delete your account whilst subscribed to a Premium Plan. Please cancel your Premium Plan before proceeding with account deletion.
*Deleting your Hobonichi Techo App account does not delete your "Hobonichi ID". If you wish to delete your "Hobonichi ID", please refer to this Help page.
Steps to delete your account
Open the Hobonichi Techo App and tap "Menu" at the bottom right of the screen.
Tap "Settings & Payment Information".
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Delete Account" located below the "Log Out" button.
Review the content and check the box for "I agree to the above".
Tap the "Delete Account" button to complete the deletion.
