When registering a new Hobonichi ID or resetting your password, the verification code email is sent with the following subject and sender:

It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
Additionally, if you tap "Resend verification code", only the most recent verification code will be valid.
If you do not receive the email after waiting, please check the following and try again.

Check if the email address entered is correct
- Are uppercase and lowercase letters entered correctly?
- Are you entering an email address different from the one you registered?
- Are all characters entered as half-width alphanumeric characters?
- Have you mistaken numbers for alphabets? (e.g., 0 (the number zero) vs. O (the letter O), etc.)
Check if it was filtered into your spam folder
Depending on your email reception settings, the email may have been sorted into your spam folder. Please check your spam or junk mail folder.Check email reception settings
