If weather data is not displayed, the following causes are considered possible.

Location acquisition is not set to "Always Allow"
Weather data is recorded according to "Location." First, please check if location is linked using the following steps.
- Tap "Menu" at the bottom right of the app.
- Tap "Settings & Payment Information" at the very bottom.
- Tap "Data Acquisition."

Check whether the "Location" field is set to "Not Connected" or "Connected."
・ If "Not Connected": Tap "Not Connected" and proceed to step 5.
・ If "Connected": The setting in step 1 is correct, so please check other items. -
Tap "Not Connected" and set the use of location information to "Always Allow."

*If it shows "Not Connected" even though you set it to "Always Allow," there may be cases where background acquisition is restricted by the device because the Hobonichi Techo App has not been launched for a long period.
You were in a place where GPS signals could not be received
If you were in a place where it is difficult to receive radio waves from GPS satellites, such as underground, indoors, or inside trains or tunnels, location information for that day may not be acquired, and the weather may not be recorded.
Also, if the location acquisition accuracy is set to "Low," that setting may be affecting it. Setting it to "Standard" or higher may improve the situation, so please try it if you wish.

"Area of Residence" is not registered
By registering your "Area of Residence", the app will record the weather for that location on days when your location information cannot be retrieved for any reason. If you would like the app to function this way, please register your "Area of Residence" using the steps below.
- Tap "Menu" at the bottom right of the app.
- Tap the area name listed in the "Area of Residence" field or "Not Set" to open the settings screen.
- Set your area of residence on the map and tap "Confirm" to complete the setting.
