Sales Methods
Sales methods for the Hobonichi Store vary by product, but the main three methods are outlined below.

Manufactured-to-Order Sale

Products are made after confirming customer orders.  There is a delay before products are ready for shipping.

Limited Amount Sale

Products of a set quantity are available to order.  Orders are closed when the product sells out.  The product ships in 1~3 business days.

Lottery Sale

Orders are processed for customers who win a drawing for purchasing limited edition products.

Products that are sold out cannot be purchased.  If the product is restocked, we will announce this on the individual product page.
 

Timing of Order Completion (Stock Reservation)

Please note that simply adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock.
Stock is only secured once your order has been completed.
If an item sells out before you click the order finalized button, your order will not be processed.
Additionally, items left in your cart without any action for a certain period of time may be automatically removed.
If there is a product you wish to purchase, we recommend proceeding to checkout as soon as possible.

Temporary Service Suspension Due to Maintenance

Please be aware that Hobonichi Store may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or inspections.
When such maintenance occurs, we will post a notice on Hobonichi website in advance.
