Starting with shipments on August 1, 2026, the Hobonichi Online Store will change its distribution center, as well as its domestic delivery courier for orders within Japan.

■ Orders shipped on or before July 31, 2026
Distribution Center: Sumisho Global Logistics Co., Ltd.
Domestic (within Japan):  Sagawa Express
International (outside Japan): FedEx.

■ Orders shipped on or after August 1, 2026
Distribution Center: SBS Logicom Co., Ltd.
Domestic (within Japan):  Yamato Transport 
International (outside Japan): FedEx.

Depending on characteristics of products (such as perishable goods) and sales methods, some products may be packaged and shipped by the manufacturer, or by Hobonichi staff.  The name of the person who placed the order is written on the “sender” section of the delivery slip.

Products are carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery.  Notifications from Hobonichi may be included in the order.

Hobonichi Co., Ltd. and the shipping companies are bound to a confidentiality agreement to protect customers’ personal information.
