"My Techo Kaigi" is a limited-time feature available starting August 6, 2026. While checking out the new lineup for "Hobonichi Techo 2027" (releasing September 1, 2026) in the app, you can save images of items you're interested in to enjoyably and conveniently plan next year's Techo.
What is "Techo Kaigi"?
"Techo Kaigi" (Techo Meeting) is the enjoyable process of choosing your Techo on your own—letting your imagination run free as you think about what kind of Techo to use next year and for what purpose.
Opening the "My Techo Kaigi" Screen
On the "My Techo Kaigi" screen, the newly announced items for "Hobonichi Techo 2027" (*) are listed. You can open the "My Techo Kaigi" screen using any of the following methods at your convenience:
*Until the full lineup release on August 25, items revealed in the daily previews will be added every day.
[1] Open after checking the new item preview
From August 6 (Thu) to August 25 (Tue), a popup previewing the new "Hobonichi Techo 2027" items will appear when you open the app. Tapping the "Check new items" button opens that day's preview page; closing it will automatically take you to the "My Techo Kaigi" screen.
*The preview popup is displayed once per day (after 11:00 AM) when you open the app during this period.
*If you do not wish to see the preview popup during this period, check "Do not show this screen from tomorrow" and close it to stop displaying it until August 25.
[2] Open from the "+" button at the bottom of the screen
Tapping the "+" button at the bottom of the app screen adds the "My Techo Kaigi" menu at the top. You can open the "My Techo Kaigi" screen from here at any time.
Tap to Save Items You're Interested In
As you look through the Techos and stationery listed on the "My Techo Kaigi" screen, tap the image of any item you like to save it to the app.
The tag "My Techo Kaigi 2027" will be attached automatically.
*To edit the name of the automatically attached tag, see the steps below.
*You can also add other tags yourself.You can write notes/memos in the comment section while considering items.
Saved item images will automatically feature a button linking to the item's detail page.
*During the preview period, this opens the preview page; from August 25 onward, it opens the product page.
<How to edit the name of the tag "My Techo Kaigi 2027">
You can edit the tag name after saving it at least once.
Open "Menu" at the bottom right of the screen, then tap "Tags" to view your tag list.
Tap the "..." icon to the right of "My Techo Kaigi 2027", then tap "Edit this tag".
Edit it to your preferred name and apply the tag.
From then on, the edited tag will be attached automatically.
View Saved Items in a List
We recommend checking all your saved Techo and stationery images at once from the "Explorer" search screen.
Tap the "Explore" icon at the bottom of the app to open the search screen.
Tap the "My Techo Kaigi 2027" tag (or a custom tag you created) to filter items.
The images tagged with that label will be displayed in a list.
*You can switch between the Tile View (to see many items at once) and the List View (to look closely at each item) using the display toggle icon in the top right. (For details, see this help page)
Print and Paste in Your Techo with "Memory Print"
Using the "Memory Print" feature (Premium Plan only), you can print images of your saved items and paste them into your Techo for your Techo Kaigi.

For fitting multiple photos into a Hobonichi Techo, the large data size (44×33mm) is recommended.

When selecting print data, toggle to "All" in the top right and filter by the "My Techo Kaigi 2027" tag for convenience.

You can adjust the display area on the preview screen. For items where the top or bottom gets cut off, rotating the image sideways is recommended.
