"Memory Print" is a feature that allows you to select and print photos and other memories from the "Today's Cover" you have clipped in the Hobonichi Techo App. You can print them in a size that fits perfectly in your paper "Hobonichi Techo," so please enjoy pasting them into your techo.
*Memory Print is available only to those subscribed to the Premium Plan. Data creation with the Premium Plan is unlimited.
*Those who have applied a Trial Ticket can also use it for the number of times acquired.
*The app creates data for printing. Please print it using your preferred method, such as your home printer or at a convenience store.
[Instructions] For those wanting to paste into the "Hobonichi Techo"
Open the "Memory Print" screen using one of the following methods:
- Tap the "Menu" icon at the bottom right of the app screen and tap "Memory Print."
- Tap the printer icon at the top right of the slideshow area in "Month View."-
Select "For those wanting to paste into Hobonichi Techo."

Select your Hobonichi Techo size from "A6," "A5," or "weeks."
Select one of the 4 data sizes to print and tap "Next."
*When you select one, a preview image of what it looks like pasted into your size of Hobonichi Techo will be displayed at the top.Select the paper size from "L size" or "2L size" using the pulldown menu at the top left, then select the data you want to print from the "Covers" list at the bottom. Once selected, tap "Next."
Tap "∧" below the print preview to expand the list.
The number of images displayed per sheet depends on the selected data size and paper size.
If you want to print on a paper size other than L or 2L (such as A4), please output as "PDF" in the final output settings and print on your desired paper size.
<To adjust the print area of a photo>
Tapping the photo data in the print preview opens the print area editing screen. Adjust to your desired print area by zooming in/out or rotating. Tap "Done" to apply.
Choose a printing method and export your data.
Select your preferred method: "Print Yourself" or "Send to Convenience Store [Japan only]."
Note: Data transmission to convenience stores is available at FamilyMart, Poplar Group, Ministop, and Lawson.
Note: If you wish to print at 7-Eleven, you can use the data exported via "Print on Your Own." Please see the next section for detailed instructions.
【Print Yourself】
Save the created data to print using your home printer or other printing services.
- Select your preferred file format (Image or PDF) and tap "Next."
- Check the preview and tap "Output"
- Once the print data is generated, tap "Save" or "Send" to store the file.
- Use the saved data to print using your preferred method, such as your home printer.
Note: If you wish to print PDF data on a paper size other than the original created size (such as A4), please refer to the next section.
【Send to Convenience Store [Japan only]】
Send the created data to the multi-copy machines at participating convenience stores (FamilyMart, Poplar Group, Ministop, and Lawson). You can print simply by scanning the QR code generated by the app at the multi-copy machine.
- Select "Print on photo/sticker paper" and tap "Next."
Note: This function only exports files in image format. - Check the preview, agree to the Network Print Service Terms of Use, and tap "Output."
- Once the data transmission is complete, a QR code and User Number will be displayed on the screen. Please save the QR code as an image.
Note: You can redisplay it from the "History" until the print expiration date. The history can be checked via the clock icon in the upper right corner of the initial "Memory Print" screen. - At a participating convenience store, scan the QR code or enter the User Number at the multi-copy machine to print.
Note: Please print on photo or sticker paper of the same size as the created data (L/2L).
Note: Please note that it will become invalid once the print expiration date has passed.

Printing on a paper size other than the created data size
There are two types of data sizes you can create: "L size" and "2L size." If you wish to print on a paper size other than the created data size, for example, A4 paper, please check the following:
Select "Output as PDF" to create data, and print on your preferred paper size.

In your print settings, please ensure to print at "Actual Size (100% scale)."
*If you set it to "Fit to Page" or a scale other than 100%, the data will be enlarged or reduced.
(The display content in print settings varies depending on your PC or printer.)
Printing at Seven-Eleven
In Step 5 of the [Instructions] above, select "Print Yourself" as the printing method and output the data as an image or PDF. Using the outputted and saved data, you can print at Seven-Eleven by following the steps below.
1. Install the dedicated Seven-Eleven app or access the dedicated web page.

2. Following the instructions on the dedicated app or web page, upload the data created with the Hobonichi Techo App.
*Please record the QR code or print reservation number.
3. Go to a Seven-Eleven near you and print by scanning the QR code at the multi-copy machine or by entering the reservation number.
*If you are printing on photo/sticker paper, please select the same paper size as the data you created (for example, if you created "L size" data, please select "L size" paper at the convenience store).
*Please be careful with the print settings so that the image is not enlarged or reduced to fit the paper size.
