For orders shipped within Japan, we would like to inform you that some order modification options will no longer be available after an order has been completed.
Currently, for orders shipped within Japan, we accept order modifications as long as the shipment status is “Order received.” However, from 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, regardless of the shipment status, the following actions will no longer be available once an order has been completed:
- Partial cancellation of items in an order
- Changing the quantity of ordered items
Please ensure that all order details are correct on the “Order Details” screen before proceeding with your order.
If you wish to partially cancel items in your order or change the quantity of ordered items, please cancel your entire order and place a new order with your desired contents.
The following actions will continue to be available, as before, as long as the shipment status is “Order received”:
- Changing the shipping address
- Changing the payment method
- Changing shipping options
- Adding items to your order (merging orders)
