We accept returns if the product is unused and sent back to us with a postmark within 14 days of delivery. Please write down the following information and send it to us with the unwanted product:

*In order to ensure the safe arrival of return packages, please use a shipping service with tracking service, such as Yamato TA-Q-BIN or JP Post Yu-Pack in Japan, or FedEX, DHL, or other companies with tracking services.
Please refrain from using regular mail or other services that do not provide delivery slips or tracking services. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail.
Returns for Specific Products Purchased under the U.S. Sales Method
We have made some changes to our sales method for products shipped to the United States.
If you would like to return a product that falls under this purchase method, please make sure to return all of the Techo book, the Techo cover, and the Hobonichi Store Exclusives item(s).
If any of these items are missing, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Please also note that once a product has been returned, we are unable to send it back to you.
Important Information
We cannot offer a refund or exchange in the following situations:

・Items that have been worn, used, or washed
・Items with marks or damage caused by the customer
