If there are any defects with your product, we will exchange the product with a new one or offer you a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, product name, and a description of the defect. Once we have received your inquiry, we will send you an e-mail with directions.
Important Information
We cannot offer a refund or exchange in the following situations:
- The item is sent back with a postmark over 14 days after delivery
- Items that have been worn, used, or washed
- Items with marks or damage caused by the customer
*Items cannot be exchanged for a different kind of item.
