The Hobonichi Techo App requires you to log in with a "Hobonichi ID".
There are three ways to log in with your "Hobonichi ID": "Email Address and password" or "social account (Apple or Google)". If you are unable to log in using any of these methods, the following causes may be considered.
*If you are using an Android device and the app does not open after entering the verification code during login, please see the Help here.
*If you fail to log in multiple times within a short period, you will not be able to log in for a certain period. Please wait a while and try again.
*If an error screen appears and you cannot proceed, please refer to the Help here.
Login with Email Address and Password
Please check the following and try again.
Is the email address entered correctly, including uppercase and lowercase letters?
Is there any mistake in the entered password?
Are you entering a different email address than the one you registered?

When you registered for a "Hobonichi ID", an email with the following subject and sender was sent to you. Please search for the received email in the inbox of the email address you might have used.

If you received the email, the login method is listed, so please check it. According to the login method listed, please try logging in from one of the following on the login screen.
Email Address and Password
Continue with Google (Social Account)
Continue with Apple (Social Account)
Login with Social Account (Apple)
When logging in from the "Continue with Apple" button, please check if you are selecting the correct Apple account registered with your Hobonichi ID (make sure you are not selecting a different Apple account).

Login with Social Account (Google)
When logging in from the "Sign in with Google" button, please check if you are selecting the Google account registered with your Hobonichi ID (make sure you are not selecting a different Google account).
