You can check if the cancellation process is complete by following the steps below.
*Even after the cancellation process, you can continue to use Premium Plan services until the purchased period (or free trial period) ends.
iPhone (App Store)
Launch the App Store app.
Tap the user icon at the top right of the screen.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Hobonichi Techo App to check your purchase status.
If "Expires: [Month] [Day]" or "Your subscription will end on [Month] [Day]" is displayed, the cancellation process is complete.*To resume the Premium Plan, please apply from within the Hobonichi Techo App. Please do not apply from the App Store.
Android (Google Play)
Open the Google Play Store app.
From the user icon, tap Payments & subscriptions.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select Hobonichi Techo App to check your purchase status.
If "Subscription ends on [Month/Day/Year]" is displayed, the cancellation process is complete.*To resume the Premium Plan, please apply from within the Hobonichi Techo App. Please do not apply from the Google Play Store.
