The Hobonichi Techo App requires you to log in with your "Hobonichi ID". If you have forgotten your Hobonichi ID password, you can reset it by following the steps below.
Tap "Forgot your password?" located below "Continue" on the login screen.
Enter the Email Address registered to your Hobonichi ID and tap "Next".
The verification code entry screen will appear.
Check the email sent to the address you entered and copy or note down the 6-digit numeric "verification code" found in the email body.
*If you do not receive the verification code after waiting a few minutes, please check this Help page.Return to the screen from step 3, enter the "verification code" received via email and your new "password", then tap "Set".
This completes the password reset.
