The Hobonichi Techo App can be used by registering and logging in with a "Hobonichi ID".

If you have a "Hobonichi ID"
You can complete registration for the Hobonichi Techo App by logging in with your Hobonichi ID from the "Log In" button. If you cannot log in with your Hobonichi ID, please refer to this Help page.If you do not have a "Hobonichi ID"
You can complete registration for the Hobonichi Techo App by creating a new Hobonichi ID from the "Sign Up" button.
If you do not have a Hobonichi ID and cannot Sign Up, please check the following possible causes.
You may have already registered a Hobonichi ID with the same email address
If the message "Account registration failed" or "Account exists. Please proceed to login" appears, you may have already registered a Hobonichi ID. Please try to log in again from the account page.
*If "Account registration failed" is displayed, the password you entered does not match your registered password.
*If you have forgotten your password, please reset it. Refer to this Help page for instructions on how to reset your password.
Your password does not meet the password policy requirements
Please set a password of at least 8 characters, combining letters and numbers. You cannot sign up unless these requirements are met.
The email address format is invalid
The following email address formats cannot be registered due to system limitations. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use a different email address.
Addresses with a dot (.) immediately before the "@" symbol.
Addresses with two or more consecutive dots (..).
* If you fail to log in multiple times within a short period, you will be temporarily unable to log in. Please wait a while and try again.
* If an error screen appears and you cannot proceed, please refer to this Help page.
