The Hobonichi Techo App automatically displays healthcare and sleep records in the following two locations by linking with your device's healthcare information.
*This feature links with the "Health" app on iPhone and the "Health Connect" app on Android.

A healthcare summary displayed on the map with five items: "Steps", "Distance traveled", "Calories burned", "Weight", and "Sleep duration".Sleep content
Sleep content displayed on the timeline (records of sleeping from XX:XX to XX:XX, for X hours).

How to acquire healthcare information (iPhone)
This method is for when you did not allow acquisition of healthcare information during the initial setup and are setting it for the first time later.
Tap Menu at the bottom right of the app.
Tap Settings & Payment Information.
Tap Data Acquisition.

Tap Healthcare.
*On iPhone, the status of whether healthcare is Linked or Not linked is not displayed.
Access settings will be completed once you allow access to healthcare data on the displayed screen.
Each item is used for the following purposes. We recommend setting them to All on for recording.
-Active Energy: Used to display calories burned (summed with Resting Energy)
-Walking + Running Distance: Used to display distance traveled
-Resting Energy: Used to display calories burned (summed with Active Energy)
-Sleep: Used to display sleep duration
-Weight: Used to display weight
-Steps: Used to display steps
Once the linking setup is complete, synchronization with the data in the Health app will begin.
- At the time of the first link, data will be synced starting from 50 days prior to the date you started using the Hobonichi Techo App.
- If data such as sleep or weight is not recorded in the Health app, it cannot be displayed in the Hobonichi Techo App either.

This method is for when you did not allow acquisition of healthcare information during the initial setup and are setting it for the first time later.

Tap Data Acquisition.
Tapping Healthcare opens the device's Health app.
*On iPhone, the status of whether healthcare is Linked or Not linked is not displayed.Tap Sharing at the bottom of the Health app screen.
Tap Apps near the bottom.
Tap Hobonichi Techo from the list of apps and change to your desired settings on the screen that opens.
To disconnect, please remove all permissions.

To disconnect, please remove all permissions.

Changes will be applied to healthcare information recorded after you change the settings.

When installation of "Health Connect" app is required on Android
If "Health Connect" app is not pre-installed on your Android device, you will need to install "Health Connect" app to link with healthcare information.
If installation is required, the installation screen for "Health Connect" app will open during step 4 above. Please set it up according to the following steps.
Install "Health Connect" app from Google Play.
Open "Health Connect" app and complete the initial setup.
After installation, return to the Data Acquisition screen in the Hobonichi Techo App.
*You can also open it via Menu at the bottom right -> Settings & Payment Information -> Data Acquisition.Tap Healthcare again.
If the Get started with Health Connect screen opens, tap Get started.Access settings will be completed once you allow access to Health Connect on the displayed screen.
