You can change your gift wrapping option only if the shipping status of your order is still “Order received.”
If the shipping status is “Preparing for Shipment,” it means the order has already entered the packing process at our distribution center and changes can no longer be made.
How to change gift wrapping preferences
- Log in to Hobonichi Store account.
- Select the order you would like to change.
- Click the “Edit” button on the right side of the shipping options column.
- Follow the instructions on the editing page.
- If the changes are reflected in your order, the request is complete.
*Gift wrapping is not available for international orders.
