The method for issuing a receipt varies depending on the payment method. Please check the information below according to your selected payment method.
Credit card
You can issue a receipt directly from your account page on the Hobonichi Online Store. Please follow the steps below to complete the receipt issuance process.
- Log in to your account page on the Hobonichi Online Store.
- Open the order history page for the relevant order, scroll down to the “Receipt” section, and click on “Issue Receipt.”
- Enter the billing name and description, then click on “Issue Receipt.”
*Receipts can only be issued once the credit card payment has been completed. Credit card payments are processed at the time of shipment.
*The receipt date will be the date on which the credit card payment is processed. This date cannot be changed. In addition, the receipt will also display the issue date and order date. These dates are automatically recorded and cannot be modified.
*Receipts can be reissued from your account page. However, when reissuing, the billing name and description cannot be changed, and the receipt will be marked as “Reissued.” If you wish to change the information, please contact us via the inquiry form.
Amazon Pay
- Please log in using the dedicated URL provided in the order confirmation email we sent you.
- Open the order page, scroll down to the “Receipt” section, and click on “Issue Receipt.”
- Enter the billing name and description, then click on “Issue Receipt.”

Your official receipt is the stamped proof of payment stub you received upon payment.
If you need an official receipt from the Hobonichi Online Store for business purposes, please write down the following information:

Once Hobonichi processes this request, a receipt will be mailed out about a week later.

Cash on delivery
You will receive a receipt upon paying the delivery person for your order. If you would like a receipt from Hobonichi Online Store, please mail the receipt you received upon delivery along with the following information:
