You can search for the memories you’ve recorded in the Hobonichi Techo App using the following steps.

Search by Keyword or Tag

Tap the "Explore" menu at the bottom of the screen to open the search screen.

You can search using either of the following methods:

• Search by Keyword: 
  To search using text, enter your search term into the keyword field at the top. Any content containing the entered text will appear in the search results.

  *With the Premium Plan, which offers "Advanced Search," you can also search for images using keywords. For example, you can find the photos you are looking for using the keyword "cat," even if the photos do not have tags or Notes attached. (Some photos may not be recognized.)

• Search by Tag:
  Select and tap a tag from the list to display all content tagged with that item in the search results.

Viewing Search Results

You can customize how your search results are displayed using the following options:

• Switch the Display View:
  Toggle between "Tile View" and "List View."
  We recommend "Tile View" if you want to quickly browse through your memories at a glance, or "List View" if you want to take your time looking at each entry alongside its comments and tags.

• Filter by Content Type:
  Tap the filter icon to narrow down results by content type, such as "Memo," "Link," or "Photos/Video."

• Change the Display Order:
  Tap the arrow icon to sort your results from newest to oldest, or vice versa.

*Please note that content posted as a "Link" is not included in the search scope ("Tags" and "Quick Comments" attached to the content are searchable).
