If you have created multiple ID accounts using different email addresses for different platforms (e.g., ID account A for Hobonichi Store and ID account B for Hobonichi App), you can merge them. However, please note that you cannot merge multiple accounts if they have been created for the same platform (e.g., ID account A for Hobonichi Store and ID account C for Hobonichi Store.)
Please follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Hobonichi ID account page of the account which YOU WANT TO KEEP.*
- Click or tap “Link your account.”
- Click or tap “Log in with your Hobonichi ID” just beneath “Merge your Hobonichi ID” at the bottom.
- Enter the Email address and the password of the other ID account you would like to merge and click or tap “Continue.”
- “Linking the accounts succeeded” will appear if the procedure is successfully completed.
*Please be aware that the new merged account will use the login method you entered here. The information entered in step 4 will no longer be available for login.
*Please note that if the Hobonichi ID you are using with the Hobonichi Techo App was registered via “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Apple,” it cannot be merged with another Hobonichi ID due to system limitations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding.
