If a product goes out of stock, will it be restocked?

Although it will depend on the item, if a product goes out of stock at a fairly early stage, 
we will consider restocking it. Once a restock is decided, we will announce it on their respective product detail pages, so please refer to the product page of your desired item. Please see details here.

The “add to cart” button doesn’t show up even though the item has gone on sale.

If you’re seeing an outdated version of a page, your browser cache may be preventing the page from refreshing.
A cache stores copies of recently accessed data onto your hard drive in order to display it immediately onto your screen the next time you access the same URL. Please see here for details.

How many “Hobonichi Store Exclusive” can I get?

You will receive one/one set of Hobonichi Store Exclusive items per eligible product, not one/one set per order. If you order two eligible items in one order, you will receive two/two sets of exclusive items. For example, if you purchase two Hobonichi Techo Original Books in one order, you will acquire two sets of exclusive items.   • If you send us your thoughts/impressions, we may share it on the Hobonichi Store page. Please write a nickname we can refer you to. We will post it with your initials if your nickname is not written.  If you do not wish for it to be posted, please write so in the email.
  • We do not reply to emails other than inquiries, such as feedback, requests, and opinions, but we value your feedback and will use it for future reference for products and sales.
