Sales methods for the Hobonichi Store vary by product, but the main three methods are outlined below.

Manufactured-to-Order Sale

Products are made after confirming customer orders.  There is a delay before products are ready for shipping.

Limited Amount Sale

Products of a set quantity are available to order.  Orders are closed when the product sells out.  The product ships in 1~3 business days.

Lottery Sale

Orders are processed for customers who win a drawing for purchasing limited edition products.

Items added to your cart will not be secured for purchase until the order is complete, so there is a possibility of a product selling out before you finish the check-out process.  We apologize, but a product cannot be ordered if this happens.

Whether or not a product will be restocked depends on the product.  If a product sells out relatively quickly, we will consider ordering a restock.  We will continue to announce restock updates on the individual product page except for accessories.

Products that are sold out cannot be purchased.  If the product is restocked, we will announce this on the individual product page.
