Returning non-defective products for personal reasons

We accept returns if the product is unused and sent back to us with a postmark within 14 days of delivery. Please write down the following information and send it to us with the unwanted product:

-Name
-Order number
-Reason for return

(For orders with an Japanese address, you can use the Return Form located on the back of the invoice included in your order)

*We do not provide return shipping costs.

*In order to ensure the safe arrival of return packages, please use a shipping service with tracking service, such as Yamato TA-Q-BIN or JP Post Yu-Pack in Japan, or FedEX, DHL, or other companies with tracking services.

Please refrain from using regular mail or other services that do not provide delivery slips or tracking services. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail.

 

Important Information
*We cannot offer a refund or exchange in the following situations:
-The item is sent back with a postmark over 14 days after delivery
-Items that have been worn, used, or washed
-Items with marks or damage caused by the customer

*Items cannot be exchanged for a different kind of item.

*Some products cannot be returned. Please first check with the product page for more information.

Payment for an order total that has changed due to the return will vary depending on the payment method used during ordering.

Credit card payment

Due to the fact that the credit card payment has already been processed, the original order total may be charged to your card one time. We will process a refund after receiving the returned goods. This refund will be issued from your credit card company in the following month.

Cash transfer at a convenience store/postal bank (for shipment within Japan only)

-If payment has not yet been sent
If you have not yet used the payment slip included with your order, please enclose it with the items you are returning.

If you are only returning a portion of your total order, once we receive your items we will print a new payment slip reflecting the new total and mail it back to you. Please submit your payment with this new payment slip.

-If payment has already been sent
We will issue your refund by bank transfer or registered mail. Once we receive your item(s), we will contact you for information about how you would like to receive your refund.

Please note that customers will be responsible for any fees incurred during the refund if the item is returned for personal reasons.

Cash on delivery payment (for shipment within Japan only)

Since customers who pay by cash on delivery have already submitted their payment, a refund of the product price will be issued via bank transfer or registered mail.

Once we receive your item(s), we will contact you for information about how you would like to receive your refund.

Please note that customers will be responsible for any fees incurred during the refund if the item unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
